Guideline 1.1 Text Alternatives:
Not Implemented. However, this one is nearly a "Not Applicable." There is very little non-text content, but when there are pictures, there are no captions or descriptions.

Guideline 1.2 Time-based Media:
Not Applicable. There is no time-based media.

Guideline 1.3 Adaptable:
Not Applicable. Site contents are almost entirely text, arranged in linear format.

Guideline 1.4 Distinguishable:
Complete. Backgrounds are boring and simple, and do not interfere with content. The bland text content is easy to view.

Guideline 2.1 Keyboard Accessible:
Anything that requires the click of a mouse can also be accessed using the tab key.

Guideline 2.2 Enough Time:
Complete. No site elements are time-sensitive.

Guideline 2.3 Seizures:
Complete. I have not, in fact, seen a single page that even moves.

Guideline 2.4 Navigable:
Partial Implementation. Link text generally describes the purpose of the link. There is a bar of links at the top providing access to major categories, but finding a specific subsection of one of those site sections may be difficult, as links are often distributed ad hoc in the text of pages.

Guideline 3.1 Readable:
Partial Implementation. All pages are in English, and the html source identifies this. However, there is little support for identifying jargon, unusual pronunciations, technical terms, etc.

Guideline 3.2 Predictable:
Complete. As I have said before, the website is very static and tame—predictable.

Guideline 3.3 Input Assistance:
Not Applicable. Input is not demanded for any function besides the basic website search. No funny business or inhibition of reviewing input submission.

Guideline 4.1 Compatible:
Complete. I dare someone to come up with “user agents” that wouldn’t be compatible with a website that contains practically nothing but text.
